We collect 2 general categories of personal identifiable information about users of our Site. Procedure for Requests
CCC’s procedure for resounding to User’s requests includes a 48 hour turnaround time after the User has submitted a request in writing to the contact information below. A “contact us” link is also provided at the bottom of the Site for ease in contacting us to submit your request.
