Celebrate independence with CarrCARE aboard a luxurious yacht! Enjoy breathtaking views, gourmet cuisine, vibrant music, and a spectacular fireworks display, all while supporting wellness and empowerment. Let’s honor freedom and give back in style!
Full Agenda:
4:00 PM – Welcome & Boarding
Guests are greeted with signature cocktails or refreshing mocktails.
Enjoy a festive backdrop with patriotic-themed décor.
Icebreaker session: A brief introduction to CarrCARE's mission and impact, along with opportunities for guests to share personal connections to the cause.
4:30 PM – Departure & Mingling
The yacht departs for a scenic route, offering panoramic views.
Light snacks and refreshments are served.
Ambient music sets a relaxed tone for networking.
5:30 PM – Dinner Buffet or BBQ
Indulge in a curated menu featuring classic 4th of July dishes like gourmet burgers, grilled chicken, and vegetarian options.
Desserts include red, white, and blue-themed cupcakes and fresh fruit platters.
7:00 PM – Wellness Toast & Sunset Views
A toast to wellness and freedom led by Alana Carr, Founder and CEO of CarrCARE.
Take in the stunning sunset views while sipping on champagne or sparkling juice.
8:00 PM – Evening Entertainment with DJ
Dance the night away with a live DJ spinning a mix of classic hits and modern favorites.
A perfect time for photo ops with the city skyline and festive lighting as the backdrop.
9:30 PM – Fireworks Viewing
Anchor at the perfect spot for an unobstructed view of the fireworks.
Cozy blankets and seating provided for ultimate comfort.
10:30 PM – Dock & Farewell
Conclude the evening with upbeat music as the yacht docks.
Guests receive patriotic party favors as they disembark, thanking them for their support of CarrCARE's mission.

Introduction to the CarrCARE Charity Team.
Networking opportunities with local artists and charity collaborators.

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Soul Food Catering & Open Bar
Full Plate Soul Food: Indulge in a delicious soul food feast featuring chicken, seafood, and a variety of sides, available until supplies are exhausted.

5:00 PM – 5:20 PM: DJ Set Featuring Pr3mo
Enjoy a DJ set featuring Pr3mo from @smallcircle412 playing tracks from the Once Upon a December soundtrack, showcasing the creative collaboration between CarrCARE and Pr3mo.
5:20 PM – 5:40 PM: Showcase by Baraka
Alana N. Carr (artist name Baraka) will perform her debut track Terrible World live from her mini album Once Upon a December.
A soulful performance reflecting Alana’s personal journey and CarrCARE’s mission.
5:40 PM – 6:30 PM: Networking & Shopping
Networking time with local artists and CarrCARE supporters—make new connections, collaborate, and learn more about the charity.

6:30 PM – 6:50 PM: CarrCARE Charity Spotlight
Learn more about CarrCARE's First Community Blood Drive in 2025 on Chicago’s South Side, dedicated to honoring Alana N. Carr’s 30 years of life as an organ transplant recipient.
Support for Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network, advancing organ donation awareness, patient support, and research.
6:50 PM – 7:00 PM: Closing Remarks
