CarrCare property development is rooted in our mission to provide holistic support for the communities we serve. This initiative is designed to offer affordable, supportive housing options for young adults who are transitioning into independence or require additional support due to health or social circumstances.
Logan Square
Our first property is set to open in 2622 N Central Park Ave, Chicago IL 6067 and will serve as a pilot project for our broader housing initiative. This home will be available to rent by individuals aged 21-39, particularly those who have participated in our CarrCare programs or are connected to our community partners.
The date set is Tuesday, October 1.

This property is just the beginning. We plan to expand our property development efforts, creating a network of supportive housing across different regions. Each property will be closely linked to our charitable initiatives, ensuring that residents not only have a place to live but also a community that supports their growth and well-being.
