CarrCare Training Program Overview:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Age & Legal Authorization: Applicants must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the USA (e.g., green card, work permit). Additionally, applicants must reside in the same state as the on-site department, as remote employment is unavailable until initial program requirements are satisfactorily met.

  • On-Site Training Commitment: A minimum of three consecutive weeks of 40-hour on-site shifts is required, supervised by management. Completion of this period is necessary before advancing to the next training level and becoming eligible for a potential pay increase of $2-$3.

Program Details:

  • Interview Process: A standardized interview is conducted to assess individual skillsets and career goals. Based on this, management will develop a personalized career training plan and assign employment roles accordingly.

  • Progress Reports: Employees must complete progress reports with their manager every two weeks during the first three months. Quarterly reviews will follow thereafter.

  • Program Commitment: Accepted employees must sign a contract committing to at least one year with the company.

  • Executive Employee Benefits: Participants may qualify for benefits such as commission-based earnings from carrCARE product sales (e.g., luxury cars, electronics, real estate, and other curated business services).

Special Considerations for the 100% Virtual Assistant Role:

  • Candidates for the virtual assistant role must complete three consecutive weeks of 40-hour virtually supervised shifts before being considered for the program.

  • Priority is given to those already enrolled in carrCARE courses.

  • All standard program requirements, such as reviews, progress reports, and opportunities for pay increases, apply once candidates transition to the virtual assistant role.

Application Deadlines:

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.
